The fsgw.org website & database are a paid service provided by the company Wild Apricot. There is fairly extensive documentation. The database contains contacts (members and non-members), events, event registrations, donations, bulk emails, and all the online financial transactions around memberships, event registrations, and donations. For support, normally email the FSGW office staff, and if it's a crisis maybe the FSGW webmasters

The cost of Wild Apricot's service is based on the number of contacts FSGW has, with relevant pricing breakpoints at 2000, 5000, and 15000 contacts. FSGW peaked at around 12000 contacts after the end of the FND/FSGW cooperation period on 6/30/2024, then through concerted effort trimmed down to around 7400. Contacts are important to FSGW for advertising, customer convenience, and event history, so there are major limits to the usefulness of trying trying to reduce below that. Also, the price break from 15000 to 5000 contacts is modest as of August 2025 (a 17% drop), so the effort to get below 5000 does not seem warranted.

Wild Apricot has an API (Application Programming Interface), which provides CRUD (Create/Read/Update/Delete) access to the fsgw.org database from external programs. This API is used heavily by the FSGW Admin Tools. Wild Apricot has API documentation. There is API reference documentation on Swaggerhub.com.
